Les annulations doivent être notifiées par écrit à IMK.
Annulations jusqu'au 31 juillet 2019: 50% des frais d'inscription seront remboursés.
Après le 1er août 2019 aucun remboursement ne sera possible.
Confirmation de participation
La confirmation de participation sera envoyée par e-mail aux participants. Celle sera émise par jour de participation au congrès. Pour ce faire, un enregistrement personnel au secrétariat du congrès chaque journée de participation, est indispensable.
